Return and exchange policy
The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order (excluding the day of purchase).
Returns are only possible if:
- the goods have not been used and show no signs of use;
- the original packaging, seals, and labels are intact;
- the goods are complete with all documentation (instructions, warranty card, etc.).
Goods that have been used or show signs of installation/use are not eligible for return.
Return procedure
- Notify us of your intention to return the goods by any convenient means (phone, email, feedback form).
- Pack the goods in their original packaging and attach a copy of the receipt or delivery note.
- After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a refund to your account or exchange the goods.
Refunds
Funds will be refunded within 14 business days after confirmation of the return.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
